Registration allows the Selec webshop to store your account information, making it easier for you to place an order. You can also save the list of products that you're interested in purchasing, making subsequent purchases much easier.
First, click on "Sign In" at the top of the page, and then select Register. Complete the Selec Account Form, and then click on "Create Your Selec Account". The next time you visit, simply Sign in and we'll remember your shipping and billing information.
To sign in from any page on the site, click on the "Sign In" button located in the top menu bar. Enter your user name and password and you are on your way.
To Sign out, click the "Sign Out" button at the bottom of the page. If you share your computer with other people, you may want to Sign Out before leaving your computer. This assures that no one else will be able to use your selec webshop account.
Click on the "Sign In" button and then use the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter your user name, and then click "Continue". The Challenge Question you created during registration will appear. Answer it, and then click the button below that reads "Send Password". We will e-mail your password to your e-mail address immediately.
To update your account, Sign in, and click on "My Account" button. You will be given many options to update your account information.
Please e-mail our webmaster at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your Sign in ID.
Once you place the order you will receive a order confirmation mail along with an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours that contains all the details of your order. If you didn't see a web confirmation page, our server probably still received your order, but please call us at +19086272149 or Email at email@example.com to make sure.
You can call us right away at +19086272149. We can check on your order and void the duplicate order for you.
Our "Track your order" is Linked with the tracking systems of FedEx, when you look up your order on SELEC Webshop, we pass tracking information to the courier, and you can get the status of your order.
We accept PayPal.
Orders received on weekdays before 5 p.m. Eastern time are shipped on the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders received on weekends or U.S. holidays will ship on the next business day (subject to stock availability).

For damaged, tampered with and misdelievered packages, please call Customer Service within three days of your delivered. For lost packages, please call Customer Service at +19086272149 within two weeks of your expected delivery date.
For orders placed online, any error in the address that results in a charge from the freight courier is the responsibility of the customer. SELEC reserves the right to charge these fees once we are notified by the courier. Fees will be charged to the same account or credit card used on the original order.
To initiate a return, fill out an RMA Request Form and request an RMA number within 24 hours, you will receive your RMA number by e-mail or fax. If you would like to speak with a customer service representative, call us at +19086272149 Pack your items in the box you received from Selec box. Be sure to include all the accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside with permanent marker. Then, ship it back to Selec USA office using FedEx. Our address is: Selec Controls USA Inc., 7225 Bermuda Road Ste. E, Las Vegas NV 89119 We do not accept freight collect packages on returns. Depending on your request, we will refund by check, credit your account, or replace your item. Please be aware that it can take as long as 30 days to receive a refund check or replacement item.
It may take as many as 30 days after you've shipped your return.
Yes. Please request one through our RMA Request Form and write it on the outside of your box with a permanent marker before you ship it back to SELEC USA.

Yes, you must include all accessories when you return your products to SELEC.
SELEC liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance SELEC shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages due to breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of SELEC’s sale of merchandise, including any failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause.
The customer must pay all shipping costs for returning the defective item to SELEC.
Just fill out an RMA Request Form, and mark your product as defective. We'll be happy to support you.
