Warranty

• SELEC warranty against any manufacturing defects. Defective items must be shipped prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any defects caused by the customer through improper assembly, product modification, negligent operation or handling.

• SELEC liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with the SELEC limited warranty.

• SELEC shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages due to breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause.
